HELP NEEDED ON COLLEGE CAMPUSES & IN HEALTH FOOD STORES
WORLD WIDE TO STOP UN CODEX GENOCIDE/ SOCIETAL CONTROL AGENDA
INTRO: Via the UN’s Codex Alimentarius Commission, and a series of interlocking trade agreements including NAFTA, CAFTA, the WTO and others, the world’s ruling elite seek to block consumer access first to vitamins and minerals within the therapeutic range, then to all of the most effective, most innovative dietary supplements sold in the most bioavailable forms (food matrix as opposed to synthetic.)

This incremental agenda is being phased in with deliberate gradualness so as not to provoke a public backlash. The ruling elite are “boiling the frog slowly” in the hope that the frog won’t realize he’s being cooked to death til its too late- and he lacks the strength to jump out of the pot.
There is a simple solution for Americans and Canadians- it requires seeing the
FDA’s Trilateral Cooperation Charter as the primary vehicle being useed to usher in Codex- and seeing that requires people to awaken to the broader threat of a

IAHF seeks assistance is sought in turning the Codex vitamin issue into a national, and international issue on college campuses and in health food stores, alternative practitioners offices, and anywhere where people gather. Many college students, athletes, faculty and alumni use dietary supplements for overall health, cognitive enhancement, improved athletic performance, as well as for specific medical needs and have grown up with alternative medicine.
Many students, faculty and alumni will be outraged upon learning that there is a genocidal ruling elite plan operating in plain site via the UN’s Codex Alimentarius Commission to ban access to the most effective, and most bioavailable dietary supplements. This plan is being implemented with deliberate gradualness in the hope of not provoking a public backlash. IAHF needs your help to expose this plan and to catalyze political opposition to it. IAHF was the first to call global attention to the Codex international threat to health freedom via an article in Life Extension Magazine in 1996. We’ve been instrumental in catalyzing the formation of a global grass roots movement against Codex, but we need your help to EXPAND the movement. Americans and Canadians must especially become aware that the plan is to force Codex on both countries via the FDA’s Trilateral Cooperation Charter. John Hammell of IAHF attended Codex meetings of the Committee on Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary Uses in Germany in ’96, and in ’98. He was kicked off the US Delegation prior to the meeting in Berlin in 2000 by US Codex Manager Dr.Ed Scarbrough from the US Department of Agriculture per the request of Dr.Beth Yetley of FDA due to his efforts to get congressional oversight. He had an FBI visit in ’97, and in ’99 received death threats for pushing for oversight. The Main Pros & Cons of CODEX- Help Getting Your Head Around the Issue

Would assist the largest (publicly traded) dietary supplement manufacturers, and pharmaceutical interests dominating the vitamin trade associations to grab increased marketshare by getting more money, for less product when only low dose, synthetic, less biologically available vitamins are allowed to be sold (consumers would have to pay a lot more to end up with the same dose of a given vitamin that they were accustomed to after high potencies are banned. This would also benefit a ruling elite population control agenda by blocking consumer access to vitamins and minerals within the therapeutic range, and to the more bioavailable food forms of a vitamin or mineral.) By blocking consumer access to the most effective forms of vitamins (food forms) and to high potency vitamins, people's immune systems would be compromised, they'd be sick more often which in turn would create a much greater market for pharmaceutical drugs, and (often ineffective) allopathic medical services. By blocking consumer access to cognitive enhancing dietary supplements the world's ruling elite would have an easier time controlling the masses, making it harder for people to see their control agenda. Codex would drive many small, innovative dietary supplement companies who manufacture the most effective, most bioavailable products out of business. This would kill or seriously impair many consumers who have serious medical needs for these products, while depriving other healthy people of products with a proven track record of helping them attain an optimal level of health. WHY YOU HAVEN’T LEARNED ABOUT CODEX AT YOUR HEALTH FOOD STORE
Congress was put under a state of siege in the early 90s by enraged dietary supplement consumers who flooded them with the largest barrage of mail, faxes, phone calls and personal visits during the campaign to pass the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act. Congress received more mail from this issue than ANY issue in their HISTORY including the Vietnam War.
This legislation was passed in the face of a draconian FDA rulemaking effort that threatened to have the same effect back then that Codex is now threatening to have both in the USA and globally.
Due to this, and due to the fact that today you can buy almost any dietary supplement or herb that you want in such large health food stores as Whole Foods, many well meaning people have trouble taking the Codex threat seriously. They scoff, and demand to know why they haven’t heard about the issue from their local health food store if its really something they should be concerned about?
FAIR QUESTION- HERES THE ANSWER
Globally, all natural products trade associations are dominated from the top- down by pharmaceutical interests, and by the largest companies- especially by publicly traded companies.
Many (not all) of these large companies have turned their backs on consumers, and only care about grabbing increased marketshare via a raising of the regulatory hurdles that will drive smaller competitors out of business.
The pharmaceutical companies and largest companies dominating the vitamin trade associations control which law firm the trade associations use. In the case of the Natural Products Association, (formerly NNFA), this law firm is Sidley, Austin, Brown and Wood LLP, a huge multinatinal law firm that has many pharmaceutical companies amongst their clients. It’s a total conflict of interest for the rank and file members of NPA that this firm is their legal counsel, but they’re being told “what they want to hear” on the Codex issue which is “Don’t worry, Codex is a non issue, it will only affect our exports, it will never impact US law, and in any case, we’re handling it.”
People query me further upon learning this “Yes, but can the health food store owners and vitamin company ceos REALLY be THAT BLIND???”
My response: “ They’re very busy running their stores and businesses, and they don’t have the time or energy to examine complex political issues such as Codex themselves. They pay big money in dues to belong to NPA and other trade associations in the belief that they can be trusted to properly handle matters such as this, then simply ignore it when NPA doesn’t enforce their own bylaws as pertains to conflicts of interst. Due to this, its been very easy for Pharma, and the biggest companies to hijack the vitamin trade associations.”
On March 20, 2001, the Congressional oversight hearing on Codex that IAHF pushed for for 5 years was whitewashed largely due to lobbying by CRN (Counsel for Responsible Nutrition), NNFA (National Nutritional Foods Assn) and IADSA (International Alliance of Dietary Supplement Associations).

“In his book Memoirs, published in 2002, David Rockefeller, Sr. made the following remarks, startling in their very frankness: "For more than a century ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. In 1999, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms estimated that there were about 215 million privately owned guns in America. Numerous independent surveys have indicated that more than half of all American households contain at least one firearm. 2

DESPITE OVERWHELMING PASSAGE OF DSHEA IN ‘94
Many dietary supplement consumers, health food store owners, innovative dietary supplement manufacturers and alternative practitioners might react to the news of America’s impending demise with incredulity and disbelief.
After all, in 1994, when the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act was driven through congress, didn’t Congress receive more mail, faxes, phone calls and personal visits than they EVER did on ANY issue in their history- more even than during the Vietnam War?? Didn’t DSHEA pass unanimously in the Senate after being cosponsored by fully two thirds of the members of that august body? 6
Could the FDA then ACTUALLY be so bold as to engage in conferencing with their counterparts in Canada and Mexico for the purpose of working with both French and Spanish translators present to draft one set of “harmonized” food and drug regulations intended to “govern” the sale of everything they regulate in all three countries?
Could they actually attempt to regulate dietary supplements as “drugs” in America and attempt to harmonize US dietary supplement laws to Canada’s far more restrictive laws as a prelude to forcing us to accept even MORE restrictive UN Codex “guidelines” once they’re finalized?
Even after our monumental campaign in ’94 to safeguard our access to dietary supplements, could the FDA actually be acting in COLLUSION with a “sold out” element amongst America’s dietary supplement companies and health food stores who’re being manipulated by corrupt vitamin trade associations that are being controlled from the top-down by pharmaceutical interests?7
Could some vitamin companies REALLY be so callous as to only care about knocking off smaller competitors, grabbing increased market share, and pleasing investors even if this came at the expense of consumers? 8
Could these huge companies really wield sufficient political power within the vitamin trade associations that they’d do nothing but SPIN against people like me who’re attempting to sound this alarm? Between 1989 and 2005, the pharmaceutical industry spent in excess of $800,000,000. on lobbying expenses.10 FDA clearly holds the view that Parma lobbying of Congress has reached the point where NO ONE and NOTHING can stop them.
I might believe this myself if I hadn’t been a major part of the campaign to drive DSHEA through congress in 1994 where I witnessed whole mail sacks packed predominantly with angry letters from vitamin consumers being dropped off at congressional offices which lacked sufficient staff to even open all the mail.
I refuse to accept defeat. I refuse to accept America’s planned demise, and stand in solidarity with Michael New 11 who was given a “bad conduct discharge” from the US Army for refusing to wear the UN uniform because to do so would have violated his oath to uphold and defend the US Constitution. I salute his courage and ongoing legal battle against Rockefeller’s genocidal plans.

WHY HARMONIZING AMERICA TO CANADIAN LAW
IS A VERY BAD IDEA:
SOLEMN WARNING FROM A BORDER TOWN
Via the Trilateral Cooperation Charter, the FDA intends to “harmonize” their food and drug regulations to Canada’s and to Mexico’s. Is that something dietary supplement consumers should feel comfortable about?
I live in Point Roberts, Washington, a suburb of Vancouver, BC Canada. Living in Point Roberts causes me to be far more intimately acquainted with Canadian life than is possible anywhere else in the USA.
This is because Point Roberts is a 5 square mile peninsula cut off from the rest of the state, attached to the BC Canada mainland . Everyone living here crosses the border to do almost anything. I cross the border to buy groceries in Tsawwassen, BC. I cross the border to swim at an aquatics center in Tsawwssen of which I am a dues paying member.
My girlfriend works in a Canadian health food store in Surrey, BC, a half hour away. Unlike the USA where dietary supplements are regulated as foods, in Canada they’re regulated as “drugs”, and recently, increased red tape constraints are driving a lot of American manufacturers out of the Canadian market- especially smaller companies that can’t afford the cost of so called “Drug Identification Numbers” and “Site Licensing Requirements”. 12
Herb Pharm in Oregon is just one example of the growing numbers of small, innovative US dietary supplement companies that can no longer afford the expense of doing business in Canada.
All over Canada a slew of products that can’t be openly sold in the stores there are sold out of the back rooms and from hiding places underneath the counter, and in the International Marketplace, (the supermarket here in Point Roberts) they have a whole section with dietary supplements that Canadians can’t buy in their stores and some can’t even legally be imported: such as DHEA.
There is a huge shelf full of DHEA for sale in the International Marketplace where its being snapped up by Canadians willing to risk going to JAIL to smuggle it across in the wheel wells of their cars because possession of this safe and effective hormone carries the same penalties in Canada as possession of heroin or cocaine. FDA’s (UN’s) HARMONIZATION AGENDA DOVETAILS WITH
PROFESSOR PIANKA’s GENOCIDE AGENDA
Now the FDA wants to “harmonize” our food and drug regs with Canada’s and Mexico’s for population reduction and societal control purposes as they seek to force us into the New World Odor ostensibly for “increased security.”
Their actions are consistent with the genocide agenda of Dr. Eric R. Pianka, who gave a speech before the Texas Academy of Science in which Pianka endorsed airborne Ebola as an efficient means for eliminating 90 percent of the world's population. Pianka’s speech occurred during the Academy’s annual meeting 3-5 March 2006 at Lamar University in Beaumont. 13
Incredibly, Pianka received an enthusiastic and prolonged standing ovation. Later he received more applause from a banquet hall filled with more than 400 people when the president of the Texas Academy of Science presented him with a plaque naming him 2006 Distinguished Texas Scientist. 14David Marsh, the President Elect of the TAS is on the faculty of the US Air Force Academy.15
DEATH TO COME FROM THE AIR?
WHAT CAN WE DO TO PROTECT OURSELVES ?
“Professor Pianka said the Earth as we know it will not survive without drastic measures. Then, and without presenting any data to justify this number, he asserted that the only feasible solution to saving the Earth is to reduce the population to 10 percent of the present number.” 16
With Pianka receiving a standing ovation for advocating wiping out 90% of the world’s population, and being presented with a plaque by the Texas Academy of Sciences for 2006 Distinguished Texas Scientist, can it be long before the Neocons move to use US air force and navy planes to spray air born Ebola on our largest cities, all under a guise of middle eastern “terrorism”?
Prior to 911, most Americans would probably scoff at such questions, and would write them off as nothing but the paranoid rantings of a “crank”, but how about today???
A group called Scholars For 911 Truth 17 has skillfully blown the lid off the Neocon cover-up, and they’re just one of many groups that have come to the same conclusion: that 911 was a modern day equivalent to Hitler’s burning of the Reichstag.
Partly due to this, a Newsweek magazine poll conducted in mid March indicates that President Bush’s approval rating stands at a record low of 36%. Leading analysts are expecting this to have a hugely negative impact on the stock market because of the projected impact on mid term congressional elections. 18
I’m not the only one who feels that the FDA, Codex, Pianka, and others are engaged in a UN sanctioned genocide agenda. Dr.Stanley Monteith gave an inspired lecture titled “None Dare Call it Genocide” which can be viewed on the web.19
Moreover, Dr.Len Horowitz has written a book titled Death In The Air: Globalism, Terrorism, & Toxic Warfare which clearly documents the failure of public health policies to deal with the onslaught of “non-lethal” chemical, biological and radiological agents that are waging a war of attrition against the immune system of Americans. 20
Additionally, Clifford Carnicom has produced a documentary film titled Aerosol Crimes aka Chemtrails 21 which can be viewed on the web and which presents evidence of a government program through which toxic chemicals including barium, aluminum oxide, and mycoplasma are being sprayed from planes all over the world for reasons which aren’t entirely known, but questions obviously need to be asked. This appears strongly to be part of a genocide agenda of which Codex is obviously a part.
While there is no single solution to stopping this genocide agenda, putting massive pressure on Congress to hold oversight hearings regarding FDA’s illegal Trilateral Cooperation Charter with Canada & Mexico would obviously be in our best interests if we wish to maintain access to dietary supplements which can be used to keep our immune systems strong to protect ourselves from this agenda. In 1994, with passage of the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act the American people voted with their feet against a draconian FDA rulemaking effort that threatened our access to dietary supplements and to truthful information about these life giving substances on their labels and in advertising.
Today the FDA is attempting to get AROUND the will of the American people by doing the bidding of the Council on Foreign Relations which published a white paper titled “Building a North American Union” 22
Their “Trilateral Cooperation Charter” efforts with Canada & Mexico to establish one set of harmonized food and drug regulations for the three countries is the most blatant FDA violation of US law in their history, and they’re counting on a corrupt congress, awash in Pharma PAC donations 23 to block citizen pressure for FDA oversight.
With Pharma dominating the vitamin trade associations from the top down, vitamin companies and health food stores are being kept in the dark about what the FDA is doing. 24
Due to this, it is ESSENTIAL that American dietary supplement consumers actively embrace the campaign of International Advocates for Health Freedom 25 by signing their web-based petition directed to Congressman Joe Barton, Chair of the House Energy & Commerce Committee (which conducts oversight of illegal FDA actions.)
